The World Class Real Estate Agent Company will:

• Refer its customers to agents in the Texas Top Agent network with the purpose of helping customers find outstanding agents.
• Email the agent the name of a potential customer when they register for that agent.
• Pay for the costs incurred in helping customers locate an agent in their location of interest.

The agent's real estate company will:

• If the client registered at Texas Top Agent prior to contacting the agent, pay a referral fee of 20% of the total real estate company's commission on the HUD-1 for completed transactions.
• If the client does not register with Texas Top Agent, but the broker/agent determines that it was the primary source of referral for the agent , pay a referral fee of 10% of the total real estate company's commission on the HUD-1 for completed transactions.
• If possible, pay the World Class Real Estate Agent Company referral fees directly as part of the real estate closing transaction on the HUD-1.
